Partner Terms

These Partner Terms govern referral, affiliate, creator, agency, and other promotional partners of Observable Universe Inc (the "Site"), operated by Observable Universe. They add to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict on partner activity, these Partner Terms control.

This policy is issued by Observable Universe, United States (tax ID 85-3841786). Effective November 2, 2026.

Observable Universe is going forward with a public partner program. There is no default public commission. Only a written approval and an issued tracking code or link make you a partner. Side deals and undisclosed endorsements are prohibited.

1. Who may partner

Independent creators, agencies, athletes, organizations, and other promoters may apply. You are not a partner until Observable Universe issues written approval and an approved tracking code or link. Verbal promises, screenshots of chats, and unissued codes are not a partnership.

2. Application and approval

Apply with the form on this page or by email. We may accept, decline, or pause any application. Approval is only in writing (email or partner addendum) from Observable Universe. Approved codes or none.

3. Disclosure

Every public promotion must clearly disclose the material connection, for example “OU partner” or “referral partner.” Undisclosed endorsements are prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination.

4. Approved claims only

You may only use claims published on this Site (including Pricing) or given to you in writing by Observable Universe. Do not promise income, earnings, or guaranteed results. Do not invent discounts, setup bonuses, or prices. Link to live pricing when you mention cost.

5. Codes and tracking

Only issued codes and links count. You may not bid on Observable Universe, Observableyou, or related trademarks without written permission. You may not cookie-stuff, use malware, spoof identity, or otherwise mislead a visitor into a tracked session.

6. Payouts

Any commission, fee, or complimentary access is only the amount written in your issued partner addendum or code email. There is no default public rate on this page. Payout timing follows that writing. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and fraud reverse the related payout.

7. Brand and proof

Use the current Observable Universe logo kit without alteration (no recolor, no extra slogans, no implied joint venture). Do not imply employment or a third-party endorsement (including Samsung Next). Customer logos, faces, and testimonials need separate written permission before you use them.

8. Termination

Either party may end the partnership on written notice. Observable Universe may end it immediately for undisclosed endorsements, false claims, brand misuse, tracking abuse, or a Terms of Service violation. On termination, stop using codes, links, and brand assets.

9. Independent contractor

You are not an employee, joint venturer, or agent with power to bind Observable Universe. You are responsible for your own taxes and promotional costs.

10. Changes and governing law

We may revise these Partner Terms. Continued promotion after the posted date means you accept the update. These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, matching the Terms of Service.
